A Bit of the Backstory
Here at TeamJackDuffy.com, we are on a mission. But so is Jack. Jack Duffy is a young man with autism, now 29 years old, who loves his family first, police and fire department personnel a close second. Jack's Uncle Chuck, a retired Chicago Fire Department EMS leader possibly sparked Jack's interest in uniformed officers, but Jack's has been on lifelong mission to meet with as many fire, police, and first responders as possible. Jack loves visiting firehouses. Whether it is a firehouse in Chicago or its western suburbs, at ground zero in New York or in El Granada, California, Jack has been there. But Jack has another goal that we are all committed to helping him achieve. Jack would like to become a resident with Misericordia to not only allow him to live independently, but thrive in the renowned environment that Misericordia has provided since 1921. Each April, Misericordia has a major fundraiser, CANDY DAYS that is well known throughout Chicagoland. You can help Jack achieve this goal by donating to Misericordia in Jack's name, just click the donate button below. Misericordia is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and if you will receive an email receipt from Misericordia. Thank you all,
Jack's Team
